Our selected panel of ambassadors are passionate about the work that Fireflies Fitness CIC does and have supported our mission to bring quality, evidence-backed fitness to those living with cancer. Nadya Fairweather
Personal Trainer & Cancer Exercise Specialist
Nadya is the founder of U-Shape to provide tailored and holistic personal health training. Her love of coaching formed a path towards the fitness industry where she achieved various certifications and diplomas in Personal Training, Gym Instructing, Exercise to Music, BarreConcept, Sports Massage Therapy, Outbox Round 1 Boxing Instruction, and a level 4 Qualified Cancer and Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor. Nadya is most passionate about helping others through exercise to feel stronger both physically, mentally and emotionally. Nadya kindly assisted with our ballet classes at the Royal Academy of Dance and we are grateful to have had her support ever since.
